MISSISSIPPI FUDGE CAKE

 

2 cups sugar
11/2 cups flour
1 cup pecans
2 sticks margarine
1/3 cup of cocoa
4 eggs
1 pkg. Miniature marshmallows

 

Melt and mix together margarine, cocoa and eggs. Add sugar, flour and pecans-beat well. Bake in greased and floured 9x13pan. Remove from oven and cover immediately with marshmallows. Place foil over this long enough to melt marshmallows. While still warm Cover with frosting made by melting 1 stick of margarine, adding 1/3 cup of cocoa and 2 cups of powdered sugar-mix well. Pour over warm cake and sprinkle with your choice of nuts.
